Prospect Road in Bloomington, on the corner of Prospect and Washington, right next to Jim’s Steakhouse and close to State Farm’s North Campus. We’re open for appointments on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and on Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. We offer varying hours and accept walk-in patients to accommodate your busy work and school schedules.

Our dedication to care can also be seen in the many ways our office supports the community. Our staff is closely involved with the ALS Foundation in honor of our founder, Dr. Frank Foehr, who passed away from ALS in 2013. We’ve been proud to participate in the ice bucket challenge for the last few years. We’re members of the Chamber of Commerce, as well as the only local dentist office to partner with the TV station, WMBD, for its daily “Health Connection” segment where a dentist answers questions about dental procedures.
